MS Land & Developments is a newly formed business located in Coventry and operating across the Midlands.
Our aim is to identify suitable plots of land for development and work in a partnership with the landowner to deliver best value for them. In addition, we may also partner with the landowner to develop the plot where the profit is split on sale of the asset.
As development experts we take all responsibility for the development of the planning proposals and keep the landowner informed throughout the process. At the end of the planning process we offer the best deal for the landowner to ensure your needs are met.

What is Land Promotion?
Land Promotion is the best deal structure for most landowners as the land promoter (MS Land & Developments) uses their expertise and funding to take the plot through the complicated planning process. On receipt of a full planning permission we ensure the land is sold in a competitive environment to ensure the landowner receives the best possible deal.
On sale of the land MS Land & Developments take a portion of the sale price, this is why at every stage of the promotion process we will work in your best interests to maximize the site’s value as there is a mutual benefit.
Will Land Promotion cost you anything?
The land promotion agreement is funded entirely by MS Land & Developments.
What is the Landowners risk?
The landowner has no risk as MS Land & Developments pay all the planning fees, architect fees and take all responsibility for taking the plot through the planning and sale process. A legal agreement shall be put into between yourself and MS Land & Developments but we will also cover this fee.
